 Sara is an empath, an intuitive, and a channeler. She has created a system she calls  "Intuitive Dynamic Energy Analysis" - or I.D.E.A.

Intuitive Dynamic Energy Analysis is a blending of 3 skills: (1) intuitive readings, where Sara discerns the constrictions and blockages within a person(s) and/or situation(s) dynamic flow of energy; (2) her knowledge of numerous energy “movement” techniques and how to do them; and (3) her ability in combining her intuitive information with her trained knowledge so as to determine best “fit” to facilitate the appropriate energy flow, thus enabling the client in creating his/her desired results.

Her goal is to assist others in developing their own skills, clarifying and fulfilling goals, and/or healing the "issues" that get in the way of feeling fulfilled while also enjoying life.

Her approach is highly individualized in accordance with each client's current situation and what they hope to create for their future.

Instead of working on eliminating symptoms, she is focused on addressing the core of each issue, block, imbalance - whatever it is that limits your experience of joy, happiness, fulfillment, health, and peace, in this world.

Of course, you will need to do your part. All any practitioner can do is facilitate your "balancing" of the areas you wish to focus upon. In order to have healthy change in the "outer" world, one must also change their "inner" one.

If you are not familiar with meditation and/or the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits provided by having a regular, daily practice, you can learn more at her Introduction to Meditation class, which is offered on different days and times so that everyone's schedule can be accommodated. The Intro classes are held the month prior to the Beginning Meditation Class.

Sara's Beginning Meditation Class, which meets 2 hours once a week, 5 times (over a 4 week time period), provides a wealth of experience as well as information about over 30 techniques - so that you can determine the best technique for you depending on your desired outcome from meditating.  The class is also designed to help you create a habit of meditating every day.

It is only offered 3 times a year, in February, May, and August. However, for those who do not want to come to Elizabeth City for the class, Sara will bring it to you - either over a weekend (Friday night, Saturday, and a half day on Sunday... keeping in mind this does not support creating a meditation habit) ... OR if within an hour's drive and with a minimum of 6 attendees, Sara will provide the class in your space (in the same 4 week, 5 class format).
